Excellent heat conduction properties

Heat sinks are commonly used in electronics because many electronic components, such as processors, transistors and integrated circuits, generate significant amounts of heat in a very small area. The presented heatsink is made of copper with aluminium elements. A thermally conductive paste has been applied to the heatsink surface, which significantly improves heat conduction between the heatsink surface and the electronic component. It fills in microscopic irregularities on the contact surfaces, which minimises thermal resistance and maximises heat dissipation efficiency.

Simple Radiator Assembly

The entire assembly process comes down to placing the heatsink on the processor in such a way that all four of its feet hit the corresponding mounting holes on the motherboard. With this cooler, the orientation of the heatsink does not matter, as it blows air centrally.
