Three-phase servo motor control system

The stabiliser utilises SERVO control technology, in which a servomotor controls the position of the voltage regulator’s moving arm. This solution allows the unit to automatically respond to changes in mains parameters and smoothly correct the input voltage without the need for manual operation, ensuring a stabilised output voltage of 380V.

Precise output voltage stabilisation to within ±3%

The stabiliser maintains the rated output voltage at 380 V AC with an accuracy of ±3%. This means that during normal operation, the output voltage is stabilised within a range of approximately 368.6–391.4 V AC. The measurement system continuously monitors the power supply parameters, whilst the servo motor control automatically corrects any deviations in the input voltage. This helps to minimise the impact of mains fluctuations on connected machinery, industrial equipment and other three-phase loads.

6-transformer system – Independent voltage control and regulation on each phase

Models with a power rating of 15 to 40 kVA are equipped with a 6-transformer system, comprising 3 Variac regulating autotransformers and 3 compensation transformers. Each phase has its own separate control unit, which allows independent correction of the L1, L2 and L3 voltages. The Variac autotransformers work in conjunction with a servo mechanism to adjust the regulation level, whilst the compensation transformers increase or decrease the voltage in accordance with the current mains parameters. This solution ensures smooth stabilisation, an output voltage accuracy of ±3 per cent and reliable operation of the connected equipment.

Multi-Protection – multi-level protection for three-phase installations and connected equipment

The comprehensive Multi-Protection system helps to minimise the risk of damage to machinery, industrial equipment and other three-phase loads, ensuring greater reliability and continuity of operation for the installation.

The stabiliser provides protection against:
• reversal of the phase and neutral wires,
• loss of one of the phases,
• incorrect phase sequence,
• loss of the neutral wire,
• excessive voltage surges.

Easy-to-read LCD display – full control over power supply parameters

The built-in LCD display allows real-time monitoring of the stabiliser’s operating parameters for each of the three phases. The screen displays the voltage and current values for phases L1, L2 and L3, allowing the user to quickly assess the power supply status and detect any anomalies. Clear messages make it easier to identify the cause of a fault and take appropriate action.

The panel also indicates key operating statuses and warnings, such as:
• voltage too low or too high,
• overload,
• overheating,
• phase loss,
• active start-up delay.
