How to connect a voltage balancer

Before connecting the voltage balancer, ensure that both batteries are fully charged, are of the same type and have the same capacity. The voltage difference between them should not exceed 0.2V. It is also extremely important that the batteries are correctly connected in series, and that the total voltage of the system is approximately 24V. Connecting the balancer is simple – simply connect the black lead to the negative terminal, the red lead to the positive terminal of the entire 24V system, and the additional lead to the point between the batteries – the balancer will take care of the rest.

Easy-to-read LCD display

The LCD display shows key information regarding the device’s operation, such as battery voltage, the current status of the balancing process and the balancing current. From the home screen, the user can manually start the balancing process and select the appropriate balancing mode tailored to the specific application and battery system configuration.
