The electronic electricity consumption meter allows real-time monitoring of electricity consumption by single-phase appliances powered by 230V AC at a frequency of 50Hz. The device features an LED indicator that signals energy consumption; the LED flashes at a frequency dependent on the energy consumed, with a pulse rate of 1600 pulses/kWh. The LCD display shows the amount of energy consumed, calculated based on the number of pulses. An additional advantage of the product is its very easy operation and compact size, which will certainly facilitate installation of the device.
