The voltage balancer is fitted with a dual, easy-to-read display which shows the current voltage of each of the two 12V batteries operating in a 24V system. This allows the user to easily monitor the condition of the set and quickly spot any voltage differences between the batteries. The displayed values make it easier to assess the device’s operation and allow you to check whether the voltage equalisation process is proceeding correctly.

How to connect a voltage balancer

Before connecting the voltage equalizer Make sure that both batteries are fully charged, have the same type and identical capacity. The voltage difference between them should not exceed 0.2V. It is also extremely important that the batteries are properly connected in series, and the total voltage of the system is about 24V. Connecting the balancer is simple - just connect the black wire to the minus, red to the plus of the entire 24V set, and white to the point between the batteries – The rest will be taken care of by the balancer.
